Livingston Forum 10th June 1989 Radio Clyde Broadcast

The best Hugh era gig that I went to. This is the Radio Clyde edited broadcast (once again thanks to The Rat Zone).

  1. Livingston is my home town [situated between Edinburgh & Glasgow]..I was at thegig too. The Forum was short-lived but hosted some big names..The Exploited, Body Count, David Bowie, The Cult....it had so much potential to be a steady concert venue but developers came in and fucked it all up...typical. I still love it when Hugh announces.."now this is what I call a gig!"...magic

    1. It was brilliant! People were being revived in the foyer whilst the distraught venue management were running around in a panic. As far as the Hugh era was concerned it was a bit if a last hurrah.

  2. I was there on a hot summer June night. It was an amazing gig with all four original members. Sadly i think it was Hugh's last gig in Scotland as a Strangler.
